Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate employee records and documentation systems
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company HR policies
- Support recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and interview coordination
- Handle employee lifecycle management from onboarding to offboarding procedures
- Administer HR functions including leave management, attendance tracking, and payroll coordination
- Facilitate employee training programs and professional development initiatives
- Contribute to workplace culture enhancement through employee engagement activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience with knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Problem-solving skills with experience in employee relations matters
