Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and administer end-to-end compensation and benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leaves.
  • Conduct regular market research and salary benchmarking to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive within the industry.
  • Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing while ensuring full compliance with local labor laws and statutory regulations.
  • Analyze HR metrics and compensation data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for employees regarding compensation inquiries, benefit enrollment, and policy clarifications.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to manage budgeting, reporting, and auditing of payroll and benefits expenditures.
  • Assist in the development and documentation of internal HR policies, procedures, and compensation guidelines.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience specializing in Compensation and Benefits or Payroll.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, statutory requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and tax regulations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data modeling) is highly required.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Must be willing to work on a full-time, dayshift schedule on-site in Cebu City.
