Join Vaksindo Satwa Nusantara as a Human Resource Staff and play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational culture. We're seeking a proactive HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including resume screening, candidate selection, and onboarding coordination. You'll drive organizational development initiatives by maintaining optimal organizational structures, crafting comprehensive job descriptions, and implementing Work Level Agreements (WLA). Additionally, you'll ensure HR documentation integrity through systematic database administration and compliance management. This opportunity allows you to contribute directly to talent acquisition strategies while supporting employee lifecycle management in a dynamic environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive candidate screening and interview processes
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job posting to onboarding
- Develop and maintain organizational structures and job descriptions
- Implement Work Level Agreements (WLA) across departments
- Administer HR databases and document management systems
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
- Support employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of HR recruitment experience
- Familiarity with organizational development frameworks
- Proficiency in HRIS and document management systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Attention to detail with document management
