Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring 100% data accuracy and compliance with labor regulations.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits, timekeeping, and payroll preparation support.
- Facilitate employee onboarding processes, including document orientation and company policy briefings.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and team-building activities to improve employee engagement.
- Prepare periodic HR reports, memos, and correspondence as required by management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar HR role (fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply).
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS basics.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with integrity.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks under minimal supervision.
- Deep understanding of Philippine Labor Code and government-mandated benefits is an advantage.
