Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of hotel staff
- Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment
- Administer compensation and benefits programs ensuring compliance with labor regulations
- Develop and implement training initiatives to enhance employee skills and career development
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for management decision-making
- Ensure adherence to company policies and Philippine labor laws
- Manage HRIS systems to maintain accurate employee records and data integrity
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Deep knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR regulations
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and HR management software
- Hospitality industry experience preferred
- Certified HR Professional (PHR/SHRM-CP) advantageous
