Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience with 1+ years in supervisory role
  • Deep knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR regulations
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS and HR management software
  • Hospitality industry experience preferred
  • Certified HR Professional (PHR/SHRM-CP) advantageous
