Join Central Azucarera De San Antonio as a Human Resource Supervisor and lead our people operations strategy in Passi City, Iloilo. In this pivotal role, you'll drive organizational excellence by managing the entire employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and retention. You'll ensure HR compliance with Philippine labor laws, develop impactful workforce engagement initiatives, and implement robust talent development programs that align with our business objectives. This position requires a strategic leader who can foster a positive workplace culture while optimizing HR processes to support our company's growth and sustainability goals.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management
- Develop and implement performance management systems, compensation structures, and employee recognition programs
- Ensure strict compliance with DOLE regulations, company policies, and industry labor standards
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions while maintaining positive workplace culture
- Coordinate training initiatives and career development programs to enhance workforce capabilities
- Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to inform strategic decisions and process improvements
- Collaborate with department heads on staffing needs, succession planning, and organizational development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years progressive HR experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Deep knowledge of Philippine Labor Code, DOLE regulations, and HR best practices
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage HR teams and initiatives
- Expertise in HRIS systems, payroll processing, and employee data management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities with conflict resolution experience
- Proficiency in workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies
- Experience in agricultural/manufacturing industry preferred
