Tanggung Jawab
- Lead recruitment strategies including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent
- Develop and enforce HR policies ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws
- Manage employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution
- Oversee performance management systems including appraisals and development plans
- Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies
- Administer compensation, benefits, and leave management systems
- Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports for senior leadership
- Supervise HR staff and provide guidance on complex HR matters
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations (Manpower Law)
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR analytics tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM-CP) preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
