Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes for retail operations staff
- Manage employee relations through conflict resolution and grievance handling
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with Malaysian labor laws
- Coordinate training programs for staff development and compliance
- Conduct performance reviews and talent management initiatives
- Administer employee benefits, payroll, and attendance systems
- Analyze HR metrics to improve workforce planning and retention
- Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives across the retail team
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and industrial relations
- Proven experience in retail or large-scale HR operations
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors)
- SHRM-CP/SCP or equivalent HR certification preferred
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced retail environment
