Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational goals and employee development needs
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning opportunities across departments
- Facilitate engaging training sessions including onboarding, leadership development, and technical skills workshops
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and maintain training documentation and records
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback surveys, performance metrics, and ROI analysis
- Collaborate with HR partners to create career development plans and succession strategies
- Stay current with industry best practices in training methodologies and e-learning technologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate training and program development
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Proficiency in e-learning platforms (e.g., Moodle, Articulate) and multimedia tools
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
- Experience with needs assessment, curriculum development, and training evaluation
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable training solutions
- Certifications in HR or training (e.g., CPTD, SHRM-SCP) are advantageous
