Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates
- Oversee employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and performance support initiatives
- Maintain accurate HR records, documentation, and compliance with statutory requirements
- Coordinate administrative functions including office management, procurement, and event logistics
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company objectives and legal standards
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration coordination
- Act as primary liaison for employee inquiries and vendor communications
- Support organizational development through training coordination and engagement programs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong understanding of Malaysian Employment Act and labor regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Proven ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Certification in HR practices (e.g., SHRM-CP) is advantageous
- High level of discretion with confidential information
