The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment onboarding to performance management and employee relations. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Handle employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions
- Oversee office administration tasks, including facility management, procurement, and vendor coordination
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Assist in organizing company events, team building activities, and employee recognition programs
- Manage payroll processing and employee benefits administration
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR and administration
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience in the fashion retail industry is an added advantage
