Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer generation.
- Conduct comprehensive onboarding for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the company culture and systems.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate and facilitate staff training and development initiatives to support continuous learning and growth.
- Support employee engagement activities and address employee queries and concerns to foster a positive work environment.
- Oversee general office administration, including managing office supplies, facilities maintenance, and vendor relations.
- Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in a combined HR and administrative role, preferably in Singapore.
- Proficiency in HR software/systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
- Sound knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
