Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation in compliance with company policies.
  • Assist with payroll processing, leave management, and attendance tracking.
  • Handle general administrative duties such as managing calendars, handling incoming correspondence, and preparing reports.
  • Coordinate company events, training sessions, and staff engagement activities to boost workplace culture.
  • Support HR initiatives and ensure smooth operations of the HR department.

Kualifikasi

  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in HR and administrative roles.
  • Strong understanding of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
