- Manage employee records and HR documentation systems
- Assist in recruitment processes including job postings and candidate screening
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Process payroll data and maintain attendance records
- Coordinate employee benefits administration and inquiries
- Support compliance with labor regulations and company policies
- Prepare HR reports and maintain data accuracy
- Facilitate internal communications and training logistics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of HR administration experience
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
