Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters.
  • Manage employee onboarding processes, ensuring all new hires complete necessary documentation and receive a welcoming orientation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and digital, in compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Support payroll administration by compiling attendance records, leave requests, and other relevant data for processing.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and assist staff with HR-related queries, acting as a reliable point of contact.
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and internal HR policies, assisting in policy updates and communication to staff.
  • Coordinate staff training and development initiatives, including logistics and record-keeping.
  • Perform general HR administrative tasks, such as preparing HR reports, managing HR correspondence, and organizing HR events.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR administrative or support role is preferred; fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply.
  • Solid understanding of Malaysian labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software/systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in the education or tuition centre sector is an advantage but not mandatory.
