Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Support employee onboarding by preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions
- Manage employee records and maintain HR databases with accurate information
- Process payroll documentation and employee benefits administration
- Coordinate employee relations activities and address internal inquiries
- Assist in organizing training programs and development workshops
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in HR support roles preferred
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
