Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of employee training programs
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and audit standards
- Provide HR support to employees, including answering inquiries and resolving issues
- Assist in recruitment processes, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews
- Manage employee records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Support benefits administration and employee onboarding processes
- Assist in organizing HR events and activities to promote employee engagement
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative support role
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and relevant labor laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
