Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining accurate employee records and personnel files.
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle, from posting job advertisements and screening resumes to scheduling interviews and coordinating pre-employment requirements.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and positive initial experience.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, escalating complex issues to the HR Manager as needed.
- Prepare various HR-related documents, reports, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data and changes.
- Support HR initiatives and projects, including employee engagement activities, training programs, and performance management processes.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee information.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in an HR administrative or assistant role is preferred; fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with HRIS software is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
