Tanggung Jawab

  • Support recruitment lifecycle management including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding processes
  • Administer HR policies, benefits programs, and compliance documentation in alignment with Philippine labor standards
  • Manage employee relations through conflict resolution, performance support, and engagement initiatives
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth
  • Maintain accurate HR records and personnel data using HRIS systems
  • Analyze workforce metrics to inform talent management strategies and organizational development
  • Collaborate with department heads to address staffing needs and succession planning

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years progressive HR experience with assistant or coordinator-level responsibilities
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code, DOLE regulations, and HR best practices
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with conflict resolution abilities
  • Proven experience in recruitment processes and employee onboarding
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management capabilities
