Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily HR operations and administrative functions to ensure smooth departmental workflow.
  • Manage the full cycle of recruitment, from job posting and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Foster positive employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively and professionally.
  • Ensure strict compliance with Malaysian labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
  • Assist in payroll processing and administration of employee benefits and rewards.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance staff skills and career growth.
  • Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR management or an assistant manager role.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Employment Act 1955 and Malaysian labor regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality and discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach to work.
