Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily HR operations and administrative functions to ensure smooth departmental workflow.
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment, from job posting and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
- Foster positive employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively and professionally.
- Ensure strict compliance with Malaysian labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
- Assist in payroll processing and administration of employee benefits and rewards.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance staff skills and career growth.
- Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR management or an assistant manager role.
- Strong working knowledge of the Employment Act 1955 and Malaysian labor regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality and discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach to work.
