Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience in hospitality or service industry
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution experience
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
