Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with Malaysian labor laws
- Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement initiatives
- Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and development planning
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance
- Manage training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare regular HR reports for management
- Support organizational development initiatives and contribute to strategic HR planning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in the maritime or shipping industry is highly desirable
- Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM-CP/SCP) is a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
