Tanggung Jawab
- Support the full lifecycle of recruitment, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities for new hires.
- Administer employee benefits programs, manage leave requests, and assist with payroll inquiries to ensure a seamless employee experience.
- Maintain accurate HR records and databases, ensuring all employee information is up-to-date and compliant with data privacy regulations.
- Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee relations inquiries, mediating conflicts, and promoting company culture initiatives.
- Ensure strict adherence to Philippine Labor Code and internal HR policies through regular audits and policy updates.
- Coordinate training and development programs, employee engagement activities, and company events to boost morale and team cohesion.
- Collaborate with management to identify talent gaps and assist in workforce planning and reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of professional experience in HR operations, recruitment, or a generalist HR role.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., BambooHR, SAP SuccessFactors) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A customer service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
