Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in a Business Partner role
  • Proven experience working across multiple countries in the APAC region
  • Strong knowledge of local employment laws and regulations across APAC countries
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking with ability to translate business needs into HR solutions
  • Experience in a recruitment or professional services environment is highly desirable
