- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives across the APAC region
- Provide expert HR guidance to business leaders on talent management, employee relations, and organizational development
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives to attract top talent in competitive markets
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and improve organizational culture
- Manage complex employee relations issues and ensure compliance with local labor laws
- Oversee performance management processes and succession planning
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support data-driven decision making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in a Business Partner role
- Proven experience working across multiple countries in the APAC region
- Strong knowledge of local employment laws and regulations across APAC countries
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking with ability to translate business needs into HR solutions
- Experience in a recruitment or professional services environment is highly desirable
