Tanggung Jawab
- Provide strategic HR partnership to Content Moderation teams, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives
- Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and implement appropriate resolutions
- Develop and execute performance management systems, including goal setting, feedback, and improvement plans
- Facilitate training programs on HR policies, compliance, and professional development
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes for content moderation roles
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to leadership for continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of HR Business Partner experience, preferably in high-volume operations
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with performance management systems and employee development programs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Proficiency in HRIS and HR analytics tools
- Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP) are advantageous
