Tanggung Jawab
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with organizational objectives and drive performance.
- Manage end-to-end talent management processes, including workforce planning, performance reviews, and succession planning.
- Provide expert guidance on organizational design, change management, and team development initiatives.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to management to improve retention and employee engagement.
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
- Facilitate learning and development programs to bridge skill gaps and enhance leadership capabilities.
- Support the implementation of HR systems and processes to improve operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in an HRBP or Generalist capacity.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into HR strategies.
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
