- Partner with senior management to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead talent acquisition, development, and retention programs to build high-performing teams

- Advise on employee relations, conflict resolution, and labor law compliance
- Analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs aligned with market benchmarks
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HRBP experience in manufacturing or industrial sector
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations (Ketenagakerjaan)
- Proven experience in organizational development and change management
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinking with ability to translate business needs into HR solutions
