Alpen Food Industry is seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Manager to join our growing team in Jakarta Utara. Tanggung Jawab
- Partner with department heads in Sales and Manufacturing to align HR strategies with business goals and operational performance.
- Manage end-to-end employee relations, including grievance handling, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
- Lead organizational design initiatives and improve HR processes to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee the implementation of performance management, talent development, and succession planning programs.
- Serve as a bilingual bridge (Mandarin/Indonesian) for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and cultural alignment.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to leadership to inform decision-making.
- Facilitate change management efforts during organizational restructuring or process updates.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in an HRBP or Generalist role, preferably within the FMCG or Manufacturing industry.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is strictly required for communication with key stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to influence senior management and navigate complex organizational structures.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
- High level of professional integrity and confidentiality.
