Tanggung Jawab
- Partner with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives and operational requirements.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment efforts for manufacturing roles, ensuring timely onboarding and talent acquisition.
- Manage HR administration, including leave management, payroll coordination, and policy compliance.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership for organizational improvement.
- Support the implementation of training and development programs to enhance workforce competency.
- Ensure full compliance with Singapore employment laws and internal MNC policies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in an HRBP or Generalist capacity, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial MNC setting.
- Strong working knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and local labor regulations.
- Proven ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders, from shop-floor workers to management.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive employee matters with discretion.
- Self-motivated professional who thrives in a 5-day work week office environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS or payroll software is highly advantageous.
