Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end contract lifecycle management for business agreements and employment contracts
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies aligned with Indonesian labor regulations
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Conduct contract negotiations, risk assessments, and compliance reviews
- Handle employee relations matters, grievances, and performance management systems
- Coordinate benefits administration, payroll integration, and HR documentation
- Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of combined experience in HR operations and contract management
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (UU No. 13/2003) and contract regulations
- Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex legal agreements
- Certification in HR management or contract law (e.g., SHRM-CP, CPHR) preferred
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems and contract management software
- Exceptional communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
