Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee end-to-end contract lifecycle management for business agreements and employment contracts
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies aligned with Indonesian labor regulations
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Conduct contract negotiations, risk assessments, and compliance reviews
  • Handle employee relations matters, grievances, and performance management systems
  • Coordinate benefits administration, payroll integration, and HR documentation
  • Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of combined experience in HR operations and contract management
  • Expert knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (UU No. 13/2003) and contract regulations
  • Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex legal agreements
  • Certification in HR management or contract law (e.g., SHRM-CP, CPHR) preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems and contract management software
  • Exceptional communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
