Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding
  • Oversee foreign worker management, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations and documentation
  • Foster positive employee relations through conflict resolution, mediation, and maintaining open communication channels
  • Design and implement employee welfare programs, recognition initiatives, and training opportunities
  • Handle administrative tasks including office management, document control, and ad-hoc project support
  • Assist in HR policy development, implementation, and regular review to ensure alignment with best practices
  • Coordinate company events, meetings, and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR and administrative functions
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and foreign worker regulations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
