Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement strategic HR development programs aligned with business objectives
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives
- Develop training curricula and conduct skill development workshops
- Manage performance appraisal systems and career progression frameworks
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration structures
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulatory requirements
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture programs
- Lead HR team and provide strategic guidance to department heads
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations (Ketenagakerjaan)
- Proven experience in developing HR policies and procedures
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM-CP, SPHR) preferred
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications
- Strategic thinking with ability to translate business goals into HR initiatives
