Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of progressive HR leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations (Ketenagakerjaan)
  • Proven experience in developing HR policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM-CP, SPHR) preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications
