Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute comprehensive employee development programs including training, mentoring, and succession planning
- Lead talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates across all departments
- Develop and implement performance management systems aligned with company goals
- Drive organizational culture initiatives that promote engagement and retention
- Manage compensation and benefits programs ensuring competitiveness and compliance
- Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions and improve workforce effectiveness
- Oversee employee relations matters and implement conflict resolution protocols
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years progressive HR experience with 2+ years in leadership role
- Strong expertise in talent development, performance management, and employee engagement
- Certified HR Professional (CHRP) or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and HR best practices
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in HRIS systems and data analytics tools
