- Develop and implement HR strategies supporting business growth and cultural alignment
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention programs
- Oversee employee development initiatives including training, performance management, and career planning
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
- Manage HR operations including payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with department heads to address staffing needs and organizational challenges
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years progressive HR experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR analytics tools
- Strategic planning and organizational development experience
- Proven track record in talent management and employee engagement
