Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement comprehensive employee development programs including leadership training, technical skills workshops, and soft-skill enhancement initiatives
- Conduct skills gap analysis and needs assessments across all organizational levels
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract high-potential candidates
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness using KPIs and employee performance metrics
- Foster inclusive workplace culture through engagement initiatives and retention strategies
- Manage succession planning and career path development for critical roles
- Collaborate with department heads to align development initiatives with business goals
- Utilize HRIS systems to track development metrics and generate actionable insights
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR development, talent management, or corporate training
- Strong expertise in instructional design and adult learning methodologies
- Proven experience with talent acquisition and employee retention strategies
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret workforce data
- Certifications in HR development (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
