Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention programs
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and career development
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Design competitive compensation and benefits packages
- Drive organizational development and training initiatives
- Monitor HR metrics and implement continuous improvement processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 8 years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (UU No. 13/2003)
- Proven track record in strategic workforce planning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with HRIS implementation and optimization
