In this pivotal role, you will act as a strategic business partner to the executive team, shaping a high-performance culture and ensuring our people operations scale seamlessly with our rapid growth.

As the HR Director, you will be responsible for defining the future of our workplace, from talent acquisition and employer branding to organizational design and employee engagement. We are looking for a hands-on yet strategic professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the expertise to lead complex HR initiatives in the professional services sector.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives and long-term growth.
  • Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives to support firm scalability.
  • Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier professionals in the tax and consultancy space.
  • Design and implement competitive compensation, benefits, and performance management frameworks.
  • Foster a strong corporate culture focused on employee retention, professional development, and high-performance standards.
  • Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws and statutory regulations while managing employee relations.
  • Provide expert coaching and advisory services to the leadership team on complex people-related matters.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HR leadership roles, ideally within consulting, professional services, or fast-growing SMEs.
  • Proven track record in driving organizational change and talent development initiatives.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Manpower Law and local employment regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage HR metrics for strategic decision-making.
  • Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is mandatory.
