As the HR Director, you will be responsible for defining the future of our workplace, from talent acquisition and employer branding to organizational design and employee engagement. We are looking for a hands-on yet strategic professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the expertise to lead complex HR initiatives in the professional services sector.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives and long-term growth.
- Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives to support firm scalability.
- Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier professionals in the tax and consultancy space.
- Design and implement competitive compensation, benefits, and performance management frameworks.
- Foster a strong corporate culture focused on employee retention, professional development, and high-performance standards.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws and statutory regulations while managing employee relations.
- Provide expert coaching and advisory services to the leadership team on complex people-related matters.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HR leadership roles, ideally within consulting, professional services, or fast-growing SMEs.
- Proven track record in driving organizational change and talent development initiatives.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Manpower Law and local employment regulations.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage HR metrics for strategic decision-making.
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is mandatory.
