- Develop and execute strategic HR plans aligned with business objectives
- Lead talent acquisition and recruitment processes for all organizational levels
- Design and implement performance management systems and employee development programs
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll administration
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices
- Lead HR team and provide mentorship to HR professionals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive HR experience with 2+ years in leadership
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and HRIS systems
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and organizational development
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial sector preferred
