Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and update the central employee database, ensuring the highest level of data accuracy and integrity across all HR systems.
- Generate comprehensive HR reports, statistics, and analytics to support executive decision-making and long-term workforce planning.
- Manage personnel files, ensuring all records are organized, secure, and readily accessible for internal audits and compliance checks.
- Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes by updating system records and collecting necessary documentation.
- Monitor data quality and troubleshoot discrepancies within the HR Information System (HRIS) to ensure consistency.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify data requirements and tailor reports to meet specific business needs.
- Ensure strict confidentiality and compliance with data privacy regulations regarding sensitive employee records.
- Perform regular data backups and system maintenance to prevent data loss.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR database management, records administration, or a similar HR support role (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel functions for data manipulation and reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to detect and correct errors in large datasets efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with staff at all levels.
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices is a distinct advantage.
