Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee relations inquiries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Investigate workplace issues, including harassment, discrimination, and performance-related conflicts, ensuring fair and compliant resolutions.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture and improve morale.
- Monitor and ensure strict adherence to Philippine Labor Code and internal HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct exit interviews to identify trends and recommend improvements to retention strategies.
- Collaborate with management to provide guidance on performance management and disciplinary processes.
- Facilitate training programs related to workplace behavior, diversity, and inclusion.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in Employee Relations or HR Operations.
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to conflict resolution.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in high-pressure situations.
