We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to join our professional team in Kuala Lumpur City Centre.
As an HR Executive at Ireka, you will be the backbone of our operational excellence. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards of human capital management, ensuring that our workforce is supported, engaged, and aligned with our corporate legacy. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with a deep understanding of Malaysian labor laws and a passion for fostering a positive, high-performance organizational culture.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update comprehensive employee records and HR databases with high accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the administration of payroll, benefits, and compensation packages in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Coordinate employee relations initiatives, including performance appraisal cycles and engagement activities.
- Provide advisory support to management and employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and industrial relations.
- Conduct HR training and development sessions to upskill the workforce and ensure compliance with safety and corporate standards.
- Monitor and report on key HR metrics, such as turnover rates, absenteeism, and training ROI to leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience in an HR generalist or executive role.
- Strong working knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act, EPF, SOCSO, and EIS regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality and handle sensitive personnel matters with professionalism.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage.
