We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to support our daily HR operations and drive our people initiatives in Malaysia. In this role, you will act as a key partner in managing the employee lifecycle, from strategic recruitment and seamless onboarding to payroll coordination and employee relations. You will ensure that all HR documentation and policies are strictly adhered to in accordance with Malaysian labor laws. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires to support business growth.
  • Oversee payroll coordination and ensure accurate monthly disbursement while ensuring full compliance with the Malaysian Employment Act.
  • Handle employee administration, including contract renewals, visa processing, and updating employee records in the HRIS.
  • Foster a positive work environment by managing employee relations, handling grievances, and facilitating effective internal communication.
  • Ensure all HR documentation and filing systems are organized, up-to-date, and legally compliant.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and training programs.
  • Coordinate with management to support performance management and talent development initiatives.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist HR roles within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong working knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, employment acts, and statutory compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in using HR software (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel to various company sites if required.
