Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of talent
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices across departments
- Oversee employee relations matters including conflict resolution and performance management
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee capabilities
- Administer compensation, benefits, and leave management systems
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements
- Analyze HR metrics to provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making
- Lead organizational development initiatives including culture building and change management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive HR experience in a generalist capacity
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and labor regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) is highly desirable
- Experience in conglomerate or manufacturing industry preferred
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
