Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of talent
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices across departments
  • Oversee employee relations matters including conflict resolution and performance management
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee capabilities
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and leave management systems
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements
  • Analyze HR metrics to provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making
  • Lead organizational development initiatives including culture building and change management

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of progressive HR experience in a generalist capacity
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and labor regulations
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) is highly desirable
  • Experience in conglomerate or manufacturing industry preferred
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
