Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Maintain and update accurate employee records and HR databases in compliance with internal policies and local labor laws.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires and exiting employees.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits, leave management, and payroll support.
- Conduct regular performance management audits and assist in developing training and development programs.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, workplace concerns, and company culture.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning requirements.
- Participate in HR-related projects aimed at improving organizational efficiency and employee engagement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in HR operations or full-cycle recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all organizational levels.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and ability to manage sensitive information.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
