Tanggung Jawab

  • Maintain and manage employee time and attendance records.
  • Support recruitment and selection processes including job postings, screening, and interviews.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Handle employee relations issues and facilitate conflict resolution.
  • Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Maintain HR databases, personnel files, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in manufacturing or similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
