Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Oversee monthly payroll processing and ensure all payroll records are accurate and compliant with local regulations.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by organizing employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation in the HR Information System (HRIS).
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Conduct new employee orientation sessions to introduce company culture and policies.
- Handle employee relations inquiries and provide support to staff regarding HR-related matters.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in an HR Executive or HR Assistant role.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian employment laws and labor regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR software (e.g., BambooHR, SAP, or similar).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
