Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Lead talent acquisition, recruitment processes, and onboarding programs
- Design and execute employee development initiatives and performance management systems
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace culture initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and HR regulatory requirements
- Oversee compensation structures, benefits administration, and employee welfare programs
- Conduct HR audits and maintain accurate personnel records and documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years progressive HR experience with talent development focus
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act 1955 and labor regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Experience in hospitality or service industry preferred
- SHRM or equivalent HR certification advantageous
