Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and update employee personal files, leave records, medical certificates, and training documentation.
- Administer payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling.
- Manage employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes.
- Handle employee relations matters, providing guidance on company policies.
- Assist in performance appraisal processes and employee development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and labour laws.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and statutory regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a plus.
