Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and onboarding new talent.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with Singapore labor laws.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and leave management systems efficiently.
- Develop and implement HR policies that support business goals and clinic culture.
- Handle employee relations, addressing queries, and resolving workplace issues professionally.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance staff performance.
- Maintain performance management tracking and provide analytical reports to management.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar administrative capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- High degree of integrity, confidentiality, and professional work ethic.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
