Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and onboarding new talent.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with Singapore labor laws.
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and leave management systems efficiently.
  • Develop and implement HR policies that support business goals and clinic culture.
  • Handle employee relations, addressing queries, and resolving workplace issues professionally.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance staff performance.
  • Maintain performance management tracking and provide analytical reports to management.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar administrative capacity.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • High degree of integrity, confidentiality, and professional work ethic.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
