Re Sustainability International (Singapore) is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Executive to join our team in Bukit Merah. As our HR Executive, you will be the backbone of our people operations, ensuring that our HR processes run seamlessly while supporting our employees throughout their career lifecycle. You will have the opportunity to handle diverse HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to payroll administration and employee relations. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and data integrity at all times.
  • Handle end-to-end monthly payroll processing, CPF submissions, and tax clearance (IR8A).
  • Administer employee benefits, including insurance renewals, leave management, and medical claims.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and workplace matters.
  • Support the HR Manager in performance management cycles and training & development coordination.
  • Ensure full compliance with Singapore Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations and employment laws.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in a generalist HR role.
  • Strong working knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, CPF regulations, and statutory requirements.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet strict payroll deadlines.
  • Experience in a sustainability or industrial sector is considered a strong advantage.
